Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This policy explains what information The Second Chapter (thesecondchapterlove.com, "we") collects and what we do with it. The site is operated by Waldir Klein Jr.. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you type it into one of our forms (the quiz result, the ebook waitlist) and tick the consent box.
• Your quiz result, if you ask us to email it: the name of your style and your two scores. Your individual answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
• Basic technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and similar data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your personal information.

Why we use it

To send what you asked for (your full quiz result, waitlist news) and occasional letters from The Second Chapter. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores a backup copy of the sign-up list.
• Resend sends our emails and stores the mailing list.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on this site, which means your browser contacts Google's servers.

If we later sell ebooks, payment is handled by the store you buy from (for example Payhip or Amazon), under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected].
• California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
